When the drivers are logged onto the 'Supa–Trak' system, which is hosted on to a PDA handset, our servers are able to track and identify their exact location and any available self employed courier work will be offered to the nearest driver. The PDA is used for Proof of Delivery (POD) signature capture, which is also forwarded both to the booking client and the Royal Mail Sameday control team. When confirmed by the courier, The PDA is used to confirm acceptance of the booking.
